INDiVIDual Coaching

In coaching we will work to discover who you are and what you are becoming! Never what you want to become. The word want leaves space for the dreaded “but” to interfere and give us reasons to not achieve our goals and dreams. We will discover and refine your strengths, needs, and values, and help you define the boundaries necessary to help you achieve nearly any goal you set for yourself. We may start small, but the sky is the limit.

Each session we will establish a goal and a measurable outcome for the day. You will leave with a sense of what needs to be accomplished that week and we will continue to build on each session to get you where you need to be. The most important thing to remember is coaching is about finding direction through discovery.




Consulting and Task Management

Consulting differs from coaching differs from coaching in two main ways, accountability and duration. Unlike coaching, consulting is directive. Clients, usually organizations or companies, come to us with a problem they need solved and we design the operating framework and, ultimately, a solution. Oftentimes this is done in collaboration with the client, but can be done entirely by our team.

Sometimes individuals are already working on a business or personal project, but need to have a structure in which to operate day-to-day. Structure is our thing and we would love to help.



Group coaching

Sometimes the idea of individual coaching is overwhelming and having a group of like-minded peers allows clients to settle in to coaching in comfortable space. It also allows access to coaching at a lower price-point. Groups often focus more on tangible daily coping mechanisms and less on big-picture individual goals.

We keep our groups small, no more than 8 people, to allow for all participants to share as they see fit. Each group runs for a set number of weeks, usually 6 to 12, depending on the goal of the group. Groups of often run in conjunction with our partner therapist.
